How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Relationshiptargeted Pest Control wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Relationshiptargeted Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start with the provider. Raise it directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Relationshiptargeted Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We also cannot make choices for a provider.
If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in Texas that regulates pest control.
How to File
Email contact@relationshiptargeted.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened, and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will review what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Next, we will send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
